I have a little rant here, I hope you don't mind. Are you all familiar with the Galaxy Theaters Stars and Strollers? Every second Tuesday in the afternoon, they play a movie for Moms and their infants. It is a baby friendly environment and a nice excuse to get out and see a movie. Well, the problem I am having with this program is the movies they play. It seems they only play the worst movies currently running. They must expect the moms to come simply because the program exists and not actually to see a good movie. When the highest rottentomatoes.com rating for this weeks movies is 12%, I think I will have to pass. I would even consider going to a movie that was mediocre, but a down right horrible movie is just not on my list of things to do.
I am going to have to recommend
Movies for Mommies. It is the same program at rainbow cinemas every Thursday. They actually play good through mediocre movies.
